Yaki Straight Clip-In Hair Extensions

Yaki straight is cut to match relaxed or freshly silk-pressed hair — smoother than kinky straight, but still carrying the slight coarseness that keeps it from looking like a wig cap of European hair sitting under your own. If you get a press every few weeks and want length between appointments, this is the set that blends without you doing anything to it.

The limit is the same one in reverse: it will not blend with hair you are wearing natural and curly. Clip it into a wash-and-go and you get two textures fighting. It takes heat well, so you can flat iron it alongside your own at 350°F or below, and it holds a curl on a wand for an evening.

The set is nine wefts on double-stitched bands with pressure clips: two 9-inch, three 7-inch, two 5-inch and two 3-inch, three clips each, 160 grams in total. Start with the widest weft about an inch above the nape and work up in horizontal sections, finishing with the narrow pieces at the temples.
