We only ever show hair that is in stock today. If your exact texture or color is sold out, the results page says so and shows you the closest thing we can actually ship — we would rather tell you than take an order we cannot fill. You can browse the full range from any result.
Can I change the length or color it picked?
Yes. The length we suggest is a starting point based on where you said you want the hair to fall. Open any product from your results and every available length and color is there. Use Choose length & color first if you want to adjust before adding to your bag.
How many bundles do I actually need?
Three for most installs. Two covers a shorter style up to about 16 inches, and four or five once you pass 24 inches or want maximum fullness. The quiz works this out from the length and fullness you chose. A closure or frontal is counted on top of the bundles, not instead of one.
Why is the closure shorter than my bundles?
Closures and frontals are made shorter than the bundles they sit with. They cover the crown, so the length is blended into the top layer rather than matched to your longest bundle. Closures run up to 20 inches. Your stylist blends it in.
I have never worn extensions. Where should I start?
Tell the quiz it is your first time and it will steer you toward pieces that need no glue and no stylist — glueless wigs, headband wigs and u-part wigs go on at home in minutes. Lace fronts look the most natural but need laying, so they are worth coming to once you have worn hair before.
Is this real human hair?
Yes. Everything the quiz recommends is 100% human hair, virgin or raw, so it can be washed, heat styled, colored and reused. Nothing synthetic appears in your results.
