How fast is approval?
Usually one business day, weekdays. We verify every credential by hand.
I braid, but my state doesn't license braiders. Can I still join?
Yes. Tell us where you work and share your booking page or portfolio, and we'll verify that way.
Can I use a coupon code with my pro pricing?
No. Your pro price replaces every other offer, and it beats them. Codes and sitewide sales don't apply to pro accounts.
Can I ship straight to my client?
Yes. Ship to your salon, your home, or your client's address.
Is there a minimum order?
No.
What if I already shop with Mayvenn?
Apply with a different email than the one you shop with personally. Once an email is on a pro account, it stays on pro pricing.
What happens when my license expires?
We'll remind you before it does. Renew, send us the new date, and nothing changes.
Can I return hair?
Same 30-day policy as everyone: unused hair in original condition is refunded, worn hair exchanges for store credit within 30 days.
