30 days to change your mind
Buy the hair, look at it, install it. If it is not right, you have 30 days from delivery to send it back. Every product we sell is covered.
- Untouched hair comes back for a full refund. Bundle ties on, nothing cut, no color or bleach, lace not tinted, wig unworn and its lace uncut.
- Worn hair comes back for store credit. If you installed it and it is not for you, exchange it for credit on anything in the store.
You cover return shipping either way. Send it to Mayvenn Returns, 245 North Highland NE, Atlanta, Georgia 30307, and email help@mayvenn.com first so we know it is coming.
Orders placed before 31 August 2026 were sold final sale during our clearance and are not covered.
