Hello, I just purchased Virgin Brazilian Water Wave 4" x 4" closure 14in, w/ virgin Brazilian Water 16, 18, 20in bundle a week 1/2 ago.I got the hair installed on Friday, 1/24/25 . I instantly notice shedding and tangling. This was my first time purchasing the hair from Mayvenn and I am not pleased with this purchase at all. Definitely not going to purchase the hair again.

I love them. My hair looks almost like the model. My only complaint is that one bundle was shorter than two. I ordered 18 inches, and it seemed like it was 16. It was not a huge difference, but it was noticed. I will purchase again.

Haven’t installed yet bc I’m still wearing my straight hair (it’s the bomb! Same company). But the water wave texture is great. No tangles. Silky smooth!

I paid for overnight so the hair came quickly. The customer service was wonderful even though I was a bit trying. And the installation went amazingly!!! We are all happy on this side! I will be ordering from you all again very soon. The hair is quality and do not mat if you take care of it like you are supposed to.

I know that "box hair color" is not recommended, but I used it anyway, because the natural black is too dark for me. The hair color loosened the coils, which is fine with me. The hair held up well and I am pleased with the look.
I think the concept is great but I ran into an issue with finding a hairstylist AFTER ordering the hair, it seemed that the steps were not cohesive. Granted the website says its easy as 1,2,3 but there is a disconnect AFTER ordering the hair, it is as if the link disappears. I had to email Mayvenn and someone contacted me but by then I was able to make my appointment with my hairstylist of choice.

Hard to bleach but texture is nice
First let me start by saying I absolutely love the quality of the hair, The wave patter is beautiful! however; I had a horrible experience with my stylist. She was a hour late to the appointment; blocked my number so I had to contact her from a different line; & also didn’t wash my hair or tie my closure down properly it hasn’t been 4 days since my install and it’s lifting!!!!!! Other than that experience I would purchase the hair again; but probably won’t go with the free install.

The Brazilian Water Wave is absolutely beautiful hair. It is soft, silky and doesn't shed as much as other hair. As long as you maintain the hair as they suggest this hair lasts a very long time. The closure is the best part. I love using the closure bc it doesn't make the top of my hairnlook bulky. It makes it look more natural
