Returns
  • You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to return or exchange it. Every product is covered.
  • Hair returned untouched is refunded in full to your original payment method. Untouched means the bundle ties are still on and the hair is not unraveled, nothing is cut, no color, dye or bleach is on the hair, the lace is not bleached or tinted, the wig is unworn, and uncut lace is still uncut.
  • Hair you have worn comes back for store credit for what you paid for the item, within the same 30 days.
  • You pay return shipping either way, and original shipping charges are not refunded. Email help@mayvenn.com with your order number to start a return.

Is the hairline pre-plucked?

The hairline on Mayvenn's lace frontals isn't pre-plucked, but it can be fully customized so that the frontal can fit your desired look.

Are the knots on the frontal bleached?

No, the knots on the frontals are not pre-bleached so that they can be customized to match your skin tone. Need help? One of our Mayvenn Certified Stylists can help you customize your frontal with quality, professional products.

How long will a lace frontal last?

The longevity of your frontal depends largely on your care and maintenance at home. Making sure that it's properly detangled, the knots aren't overprocessed, and that it's protected from heat damage all help your frontal last throughout your entire install!

Can I re-use my lace frontal?

No, it's best to not re-use your lace frontal - unless you've used it to create a custom wig that you can take on and off. Getting a fresh frontal for each install ensures that your look will last!

How many bundles do I need with a lace frontal?

With a frontal, Mayvenn recommends 2 bundles for installs up to 14 inches and 3 bundles for 16 inches and longer. Order the frontal in the same texture and color as your bundles.

Can I part a lace frontal anywhere?

Yes, you can part a frontal anywhere on its 13"x4" of parting space. This means that you can achieve a variety of parts all along your front hairline with ease!

Can I apply hot tools to my frontal?

Yes! Our frontals are made of 100% virgin human hair, so they can be styled exactly like your own hair. Blow dry it, iron it, curl it - just be sure to use a heat protectant spray!

How long does shipping take?

I got the curly frontal and the curl pattern is very very beautiful.
I just dont like that it sheds just by running fingers through, without even brushing it.
The customer service is excellent and they did a favorable exchange for me.
