There is no lace and nothing to glue. The band sits where a headband sits, so it goes on in under a minute and it cannot slip.
Worth knowing The band has to show, so it reads as a headband look rather than an invisible hairline.
Least maintenance
Short hair sits where you put it. A bob holds its shape with almost no styling, and it is the one length that looks deliberate rather than grown out.

Our story
Mayvenn started by putting stylists first — paying them to recommend hair they believed in, and standing behind every bundle. That standard has not moved. What has changed is the range: a wider catalog, new textures landing month over month, and a lot more hair on the way.
Three bundles for most installs. Two will cover a shorter style up to about 16 inches, and four is safer once you go past 22 inches or want extra fullness. If you are adding a closure or frontal, count it on top of the bundles, not instead of one.
A closure covers a small section at the crown, usually 4x4 or 5x5 inches, and gives you one parting. A frontal runs ear to ear, typically 13x4, and lets you part anywhere across the front and wear the hair off your face. Closures are quicker and cheaper; frontals give more styling range.
A year or more with proper care. Virgin hair is cuticle-aligned and unprocessed, so it can be washed, heat-styled and reinstalled. Most of what shortens its life is heat without protectant, sleeping without a wrap, and skipping deep conditioning.

Body wave if you want movement with the least daily effort — it is our most-worn texture and it blends with most natural hair. Straight is the easiest to style flat, deep wave holds the most volume, and kinky straight blends best with blown-out natural hair.
