- Synthetic wigs ship in their own protective box for a per-wig fee and arrive in 4–5 business days.
- Rush (overnight) shipping is available on orders that do not include synthetic wigs.
- Orders placed before 9:30am PST ship the same business day.
Returns
- You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to return or exchange it. Every product is covered.
- Hair returned untouched is refunded in full to your original payment method. Untouched means the bundle ties are still on and the hair is not unraveled, nothing is cut, no color, dye or bleach is on the hair, the lace is not bleached or tinted, the wig is unworn, and uncut lace is still uncut.
- Hair you have worn comes back for store credit for what you paid for the item, within the same 30 days.
- You pay return shipping either way, and original shipping charges are not refunded. Email help@mayvenn.com with your order number to start a return.

Which kinds of lace do Mayvenn products use?
We use both HD and Standard lace. Swiss lace is used for our HD Lace Frontals, Closures, and Wigs; It’s traditionally thinner than Standard lace. Standard French lace is more robust and comes with a slight brown tint, while HD Lace blends with a variety of skin tones.
Can HD lace products be worn without glue or adhesive?
Yes, there are various ways to install HD lace products; they can be applied with gel or similar glueless methods. HD lace also has a more seamless appearance than standard lace products, making it easier to blend.
Can I use heat to style my HD Lace products?
Yes! Our hair is made of 100% virgin human hair, so they can be styled exactly like your own hair. Blow dry it, iron it, curl it - just be sure to use a heat protectant spray to avoid unnecessary damage.
How much do your HD lace products weigh?
Our HD Frontals range from 70 to 80 grams, our HD Closures range from 35 to 50 grams, and our HD wigs range from 175 to 260 grams. What each product weighs depends on the hair length, texture, and product type.
Do your HD Lace products have to be customized?
Traditionally, the more you customize your frontal or closure, the more realistic it will appear. You’ll still need to trim the lace to create your desired hairline. HD lace products use thinner, more transparent lace, so you’ll spend less time achieving a natural look.
Are your HD Lace products pre-plucked?
No, but our hairlines come with a natural density that can be further customized.
